Plasma: School Field, Singapore
Due to insufficient lighting, this school’s rugby field was under-utilised as students were unable to use the field during the night. Rather than using high power consuming lights such as metal halide lights, the school chose to employ IEQ IntelliNRG™ energy efficient Plasma flood lights to illuminate the field. Using plasma technology, the IEQ IntelliNRG™ Plasma flood lights consume far less energy while lighting up the field significantly brighter than conventional lighting technology. With near natural daylight generated by the Plasma flood lights, the field can now be used both during the day and the night.
