Completed in 2005, this colonial house was painstaking restored to its original splendor, incorporating the modern utilities and amenities of a modern home. The spacious interiors called for ample illumination that is warm but yet practical for a modern family of four. By night, the black and white profile is made even more regal with the well planned use of energy efficient lighting and control systems – a juxtaposition of the country’s past and future.
