Completed in 2010, this ultra-modern good class bungalow is located on an eagle’s nest overlooking one of the limited areas of greenery left in country, close to the city. The lighting effect required warm and cost ambiance to bring out the richness of travertine walls and luxurious soft furnishings. Carefully positioned coves and frameless ceilings, juxtaposed with direct spotlights, achieved the effect – using energy efficient lighting.
